What We Do
Supply Chain Logistics
PLC and partner offices are located in China and all of Asia. This enables us to be embedded in the entire process from start to finish. Our personnel work closely with the source, at the factory level, to ensure the process gets started in a proper manner. As an NVOCC, we are the "carrier to the shipper" and not merely acting as a freight forwarder. PLC provides transit services and works with Customs to give a seamless service to the U.S. and beyond:
- Pickup at International Manufacturer / Import Into US
- Coordinate Ocean or Air Import of Shipment Customs Clearance
- Unload/Sort/Pick/Pack per PO and Routing Instructions
- Consolidation / Landbridge Routings via PLCX
- Deliver to DC or Direct-to-Store
As needed, our 3PL division furnishes inventory, fulfillment, and Value Added services on behalf of our vendor and retail partners.

Drayage & Crossdock
Our cross-docking solutions allow your product to flow directly where it is needed for improved cost effectiveness and cycle times. PLC customizes solutions to meet your exact requirements, thus, providing you greater flexibility and opportunities to respond to ever changing market conditions.
- Import Deconsolidation and flow-through order fulfillment programs facilitate postponement of the allocation decision so current demand data can be utilized to increase inventory deployment accuracy.
- Origin vendor consolidation programs permit economical handling of order quantities at more frequent intervals to promote reduced inventory levels and enhanced in-stock positions.
