An integral part of our business infrastructure solution is the warehousing and distribution of client-owned inventory. Our primary location in Los Angeles, California provides a single source for national distribution and fulfillment needs. Import quotas from China have increased substantially this past decade. Our position near the dual ports of Long Beach and San Pedro enable us be reactive and proactive on behalf of our clients.

Supporting business-to-business and business-to-consumer clients, we receive inventory in our distribution center, verify shipment accuracy, unpack, inspect for damage and generally stock for sale the same day. We then pick, pack and ship vendor orders, label product, and coordinate the transportation arrangements with routed carriers. A further enhancement is the offering of PLC Expedited for those orders routed on a Vendor Prepaid assignment.

Pacific Logistics Corp also offers a full-scale, client-specific reverse logistics program, linking all returns processing in real-time to the inventory management system. Returns are entered into the system upon receipt of the product, at which time a client-specific set of standards regarding re-stocking and disposal is applied.

Our extensive use of advanced technology and equipment in our distribution centers enables us to generally maintain an order accuracy rate of near 100%, and similarly, ship 100% of in-stock orders the same day.
